Will this hold up to weather?
Yes, urethane is incredibly strong and will hold up to weather for many years.
Do I need tools to install this?
No, it has a taper built in so it clamps the t post and fills the 2x4 receiver more as you insert it into the receiver. This locks it in for a nice movement-free grip with no tools needed.
Will my targets flop around when I shoot them?
No, these are actually much tighter than using a 2x4 because the design includes a taper lock that eliminates any excess play for a tight grip on the t post.
