NO, we tested this a lot and were not able to get any hangers or targets to fall off in use.

YES, targets are rated for 400fpe (ft lbs energy) and can even handle .17WSM (50 yd minimum)

YES,  Any round under 400fpe and 2850fps is acceptable.

YES, You'll need 2 9/16" wrenches to secure the hangers to the mounts. This is a 30 second task and only needs to be done once. See video for instructions.
