ONLY Shoot ammo under 2850 fps and 1750 ft-lbs at the target to avoid damage.

For 5.56/.223 (16" barrel, 55g ammo), stay 115-125 yards away to keep speed below 2850 fps or you will pit your targets.

If you exceed 1750 ft-lbs use 3/8" Ultra Mega Gongs instead.

The 1/4" has a maximum FPE rating of 1000 and  is perfect for all handguns except the hand cannons like 44 Mag, etc.

Many customers also use it for rimfire and air gun.
